FREE Breema Workshops at the November Green Festival

Breema is the bodywork method that I practice, which can be enjoyed in 30 or 45 minutes sessions, or as 10 or 15 minute mini-sessions added on to your Ayurvedic wellness consultation with me. The effects are profoundly nourishing! The Breema Center in Oakland, where I studied the method, frequently offers FREE introductory classes or sessions for people to get a 'taste,' and I am delighted to spread the word about the next opportunity, this month as part of the Green Week associated with the Bay Area's Green Festival. Nurturing Our Essence, Composting Our Extra
~Breema: The Art of Being Present

Part of the challenge of being human stems from the fact that we have
three aspects—mind, feelings, and body—and rarely are they working
together. The mind is constantly lost in automatic thoughts and
interpretations, while the feelings shift between "like" and "dislike".
The result is often a negative state where we are in conflict with
ourselves, and in competition with life. In Breema this state is not
judged or criticized, but recognized simply as "extra", or food that can
be used to nurture growth and movement in the direction of greater balance
and harmony with ourselves, and ultimately with all life.
